How to join the Virtual Congress
We have collated the most important information you need to help you join and make the most of your Virtual Congress experience.

Congress opening hours
- Open: November 13 (Fri), 3:00 p.m. (JST)
- Interactive Discussion Session (live stream): November 15 (Sun), from 5:00 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. (JST)
- Close: November 26 (Thu), 3:00 p.m. (JST)
The Virtual Congress platform is accessible 24 hours a day.
On-Demand: You will be able to watch all talks at a time, location, and pace that suits you, as the platform will be available until November 26 (Thu), 3:00 p.m. (JST) except for Interactive Discussion Session
Official language
The official language of the Congress is English.
How do I login to the Virtual Congress platform?
After you completed the registration, all registered participants will receive an email from Organizing Secretariat with a ID & Password and simple instructions to login. If you have not received this, check your junk mail first, and if you are unable to find it, email iadpsg2020-jsdp36@macc.jp.

Disable your pop-up blocker for the Virtual platform site for an optimal user experience.
The platform supports most mainstream browsers – Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox are recommended. We cannot support technical queries if you are using Internet Explorer or are on a very old operating system, e.g. Windows 98, etc.

In IADPSG 2020, the session “Interactive Discussion Session” will be live stream on November 15 (Sun) from 5:00 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. (Japanese Standard Time).
